At the reception, I was offered to list all insurance companies that deal with voluntary medical insurance, instead of immediately directing them to those with the greatest coverage of services. At my request to connect with a specialist, she began, like a jammed record, to repeat the same thing. Dear managers, put people on the front who, not understanding what they are talking about, will stick their ambition deeper and switch to the right specialist, and will not behave like operators "my documents" stupidly reading the text from the screen, more annoying than helping ...

I have my own doctor in another clinic, she wrote me a referral for ultrasound. I decided to do an ultrasound in the Ilyinsky hospital, so she is closer to home! To which the girl answered over the phone that if I want to have an ultrasound scan, I must go to their gynecologist and take the direction from their gynecologist! Despite the fact that I already have a referral from another doctor! To my words that it is illegal to impose services - she replied that it was a PAID clinic and they DO WHAT they WANT AND MAKE SUCH RULES WHAT THEY WANT!
