I want to leave a review, unfortunately negative (. I came to donate blood, it was necessary to stand in line, I was invited to the office. The treatment nurse immediately indicated my mood, was bold and rude, I literally crossed the threshold. Her next suggestion was for a trainee to take my blood ,,,,, now I certainly think it might be better, but I refused. The procedural nurse was rather unskilled, pricked the needle so that sparks rained from her eyes. Perhaps this was her reaction to the fact that I refused to the trainee, but I should behind mark this is my RIGHT. When I cried out in pain, she began not to apologize, but to joke softly, and added that I did not relax ....... I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I donate blood for 13 years 2 times a year in several places, and I have never seen such a boorish unprofessional attitude. The administration of the clinic should hold events with staff to work with clients. In the meantime, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
