After reading the reviews, I decided to order a bouquet here. The check was not issued, because Yandex cash desk, through which payment is made on the site did not work, had to pay by transfer to the card.
I asked for delivery in the morning, but they did not even tell me the time interval. Only after I wrote it myself, they answered "we will be in 10 minutes."
After the courier handed me the bouquet and left, reaching the house, I found that two flowers (short / broken) fell out of the box. I wrote to the seller, but instead of apologizing / resolving the situation, I was told "everything was fine, we and the courier".
