Good evening ! In general, I really love this spa salon - I have been visiting spa programs for many years ... BUT this time I am very upset 😢-firstly, the day before they did not call and did not confirm the appointment, I almost forgot that I was recorded, I had to call myself to clarify when I signed up ... moreover, Olga the administrator assured me that I called you that (straight with a collision) - although there were no calls the night before - you can check it yourself !!!!! But that is not all ! Entering the salon, Olga asked me if you need an aroma sauna - I said of course! Having changed clothes for the procedure, she immediately took me to the secret room ... then I reminded her about the sauna (well, of course, I have been visiting the salon for several years, I know what is included in the program, and if someone for the first time will keep silent ) Finally, I got into an aroma sauna .... 5-10 minutes passed, there was a knock on me - so come on, it's time (some kind of kalkhoz). I went out - I went to the office to my taichka - there are no complaints about her at all - THE GIRL IS A MASTER OF HIS WORK - in this office I just relaxed ... I forgot about everything that happened earlier ... BUT it was not there - I left from the taiki, I had to wait for a TEA ... BUT IT WAS NOT VISIBLY OUT OF THE FACE ... THE TEA WAS NOT ORGANIZED FOR ME (although this is included in the SPA PROGRAM) - here I was just for the sake of the PRINCIPLE was silent - I waited for the reaction of the administrator Oli ... but alas ..... there was no reaction ... So far I was changing clothes - I heard the conversations of the employees among themselves - this is more important than the client .... came out - Olya is voyageally sitting on her feet in the phone and not words about tea and not words, but Did you like everything? 😟 ... I didn’t beg for tea any more - I paid and said goodbye I left ... BUT SLEEP ON THE SOUL OTHER LEFT ... now there is no desire to come to you anymore, because the client should not REMIND what is included in the program - for this there is an administrator !!!!!! 5+ for today, my beautiful taichka, and such administrators as Olya need to be driven in the neck from such salons - it lowers the rating of your salon and spoils the reputation! ! ! And I will have to look for another salon, since I hate such an attitude towards myself!

Excellent interior! Specialists of Extra-Class! Especially massage - Andrew and cosmetology - Anastasia! Always clean and sterile! The price is equal to the quality, lovely Ladies, and it is quite acceptable if you like yourself, of course)
