Since my first session took place before closing, I clarified how the certificate will be renewed, otherwise its validity period is 3 months. The receptionist said she didn't know, but everything would be fine. After the opening, I come to the session and once again clarify the validity of the certificate, reassure me with the words that now my term is unlimited and I can not worry about anything. After the session, I sign up again with this master, but the next day they call me and say that the master is ill and they offer another. It turned out to come to the session only 2 weeks later to the same master, and she tells me that she was not sick and does not know on what basis the administrator offered me to change the masseur. For certain reasons, the sessions were only able to reach the end of September, and then at the penultimate session, a very rude administrator expressed his dissatisfaction. At first, she did not want me to write off money from the certificate with the words that its term had expired (despite the fact that at first they said other information), when she could not put pressure on me with the term of the certificate and the requirement for an additional payment, she began to be indignant why I so rarely go and stuff like that. Very unprofessional behavior of the administrator, she has no right to express such complaints. Only for the last two sessions did the masseur find ardent problems and began to massage problem areas, even after I said that my back hurts. In the salon, all payments are made by transfer to the card, no formality. Of the disposable accessories, only underwear is given out and tidy up your hair as you want so that it does not interfere with the massage (in March they gave everything you needed). Very persistent imposition of different masseurs, and since massage is a rather intimate procedure, I want to find my master and go only to him. But since the staff turnover is likely constant, they want to provide work for everyone so that people do not quit so quickly. In general, there are many minuses, but no pluses.
