Ужасное отношение к клиентам, не предупредили заранее об отсутствии терминала безналичной оплаты, а также о необходимости повторной прививки уведомили только в ходе проведения прививки. За животным на столе не следят, много лишней информации, ненужных вопросов и " навяливание" кормов для животных и лекарств. Сотрудники закатывают глаза( в ответ на просьбы), нет клиентоориентированности. Кошмар. Остался очень неприятный осадок.
