Lock-Master

Very bad impression! Hope in other areas customers are more lucky. When you call the master, of course you expect that the price "in place" will increase, but, my friends, three (!!!!) times - this is chaos! The master asks you to advise the customer by phone about what exactly needs to be done, so he also immediately reports that he will have to pay for the “false call”. At the time of the conversation, I quite adequately reacted to this requirement, given that I had discussed with the contact center the possibility of installing a simple lock for a wooden door, which the company provides. But upon arrival, it became immediately obvious that the master with a small suitcase didn’t just want to install something, but simply didn’t intend to, bailing down the price and receiving a refusal, picking up his “false” one, he happily left, dropping all the bewilderment that not with him, but with the contact center, a conversation was held and they are misleading. It is unclear how, during such a description of the problem, they tell me one price, and upon arrival of the master it turns out that the named price is your castle, and then if he likes it .... and the price is announced three (!!!!) times higher, absolute swindle! Please be more attentive to the choice of masters and consultation by phone! They didn’t give me the check, they lost money, and the company was left with the most unpleasant impressions.
