I express my gratitude to the flower shop for the given joy to my grandmother. I am territorially in another city and I want to please loved ones on their birthday. Flower-Semitsvetik fulfilled all my wishes. Wonderful bouquet, timely delivery. Very nice managers, they explained everything and asked the necessary information. Thanks a lot!

I ordered a bouquet in this store with delivery to my mother for my birthday, as I live outside of Russia. She asked if the bouquet would be exactly the same as in the photo. They said that there will be. Mom sent what she received. As a result, the bouquet lacked green and orange flowers, and it was significantly different from the one stated. I wrote to the manager, sent a photo, to which she replied that there were no such colors in the warehouse. I asked why then there is no information on the site about what it can be and why I was not warned, to which she said it was unpleasant for her to hear, that usually everyone is happy that the bouquet is beautiful. Therefore, I use flower delivery I do not recommend
