Also, the engine is 4 times stalled during movement, which, in my opinion, is strange for a car with an automatic transmission. However, in difficult moments he did not fail. In general, I liked the car. Next time I'll take the same one. Passed the car very quickly. When accepting a car, an employee found small things that we forgot and returned to us.

It is not clear why there is a chat on the site, they answer in a day, or they simply ignore it. This is the third time I apply to this company, there are many cars in Yaroslavl on the site, I book - no one contacts. I am writing to the chat - ignore. I called - sorry, there are no free cars. Third time in six months. To put it mildly, the service is zero.

Washing in front of the airport is inconvenient: time is difficult to calculate, and in general, everyone has different concepts about a “dirty” car. And having washed the day before so as not to rush, you should not come perfectly clean. I'd rather rent a dusty and return a dusty, than torture it all. But this is personal! A RESPECT to the receivers: I’ll not wash it in front of the airport, they still accepted it, just by scolding. Thank!

On the issue of the company’s work, everything is quick, clear, the car is technically sound and hasn’t failed anywhere. A rented navigator, however, is a bit not what I would like. And I will not take it the next time. And I’ll use the services of the company, car rental here again, that's for sure.
