The guy absolutely does not know how to talk to customers when the spare tire lasted seconds because of what you return the car two hours later, the guy still says that they let him down, did not return the car on time, he will certainly reward for about two hours, but for these two hours in money, but in relation, from personal experience, they took cars in twenty different rental companies in different countries, no one would say a word that they let someone down, after everything you heard you say that you will not use this rental anymore, what the guy answers well, use others. Well, what can I say, you do not want to receive a constant income from clients, you want them to be less, then continue to provide the same unique service.

The rental was very disappointing. Booked the car 2 weeks in advance. The evening before the rental date, the manager called and said that the car was broken. Didn't offer anything to replace.
