Full bardelier! I bought a cable - they promised delivery. Manager Mikhail said: we start the cable segment only after payment, and the logistics will be engaged in the design of the delivery only after all work is completed. I paid. After payment - silence. After calling Mikhail the next day, he hardly got access to a logistics specialist and it turned out that there was NO delivery. Well, in the normal sense - no. Already all components from other offices have come. And here everyone is cooking! What? On the third day after the start of the purchase I went to receive it myself. On hand, all pieces of paper, cargo number, etc. At the entrance everyone looked, said "ok" and again quietly. Wait. Wait. Wait. In short - the search for the cable and the real "circumcision" began only after my demand to return the money. After that, everything was done in 10 minutes. In short - if you need a power cable for your home - run away from this office, this is not your option!
