To send notifications, perhaps such a function is not their responsibility? The letter in the mail has already been stored for 2.5 weeks. During this time, three notifications could be sent. More and more Russian post is being dropped.

I put 5 stars for the employees, Natalya Utka is especially grateful (I especially remember). Always polite, does everything fast. There are queues. I think due to the fact that there are few operators. I agree that wheelchairs cannot be reached there. Places are not enough.

I sent the parcel by cash on delivery. I received a notice that I can come get money. And then they tell me that I can not get them, since my and the sender's name and patronymic are indicated by initials. Marasmus!!! My surname! Passport provided! My address! Do not give money! I have not seen such a dibilism yet !!!

In general, they are quite friendly. Basically they decide everything operatively. Once there was a problem. There was not a message of the parcel although it was accurately sent. At once the employee said that everything to the delivery service she had no information and in the computer, too, but after turning to another employee who looked at the information in the computer it was possible to find the parcel. Totally a double impression: on the one hand a good progress in comparison with the separation in the Leningrad and the human relationship of some employees with another negligence and the misleading of other employees.
