Hello. I wanted to share my impression of a purchase at NATURE BOUTIQUE. I’ll start in order: my friend advised me to go there, as she said: “a very interesting store!” Honestly, I was going there for a long time :) the other day I arrived at the place, decided to buy something useful and was very impressed. A wide range of both cosmetics. First, my eyes widened and I immediately felt “I need everything” :)) The seller very competently advised me on cosmetics and products. I bought myself a body scrub, face cream and a washbasin. I was thrilled. I bought a huge bag of cosmetics and went home happy like a cat that was full of sour cream :)) Get well soon! Thank you to the store for tasty, healthy and high-quality cosmetics. Now only to you;)

The hive, the department on the 2nd floor, now there is no desire to visit this place. Fully switched over to this product more than 3 years ago, I liked everything: the sellers, two lovely, competent girls, always helped with the choice. Everything was great until July 28, 19 hit another seller - a woman of pre-retirement age. Prior to this incident, I saw her there a couple of times and never received a clear answer to the question - only mumbling and poddakivanie. The crown of all was her inadequate behavior - a wild cry for me and my 3-year-old daughter, who touched the shop window with her hand, and not being embarrassed by other buyers. I had to leave in order to avoid conflict and insults. It is a pity ... I really do not want to go back there in order not to meet this lady again.

I want to share my feedback from repeated visits to this department, NOT, but the BOUTIQUE. Previously, I certainly bought some cosmetics there (by stupidity), but now there is not a single foot. Firstly, when I found out how much I buy it, and how much I overpay, I really felt uneasy. Why so deceive their customers, and indeed who buys there now I do not understand. Secondly, when you enter the store from behind the counter one head rises with a disgruntled arrogant face. And not "hello not goodbye" begins to carefully examine you from head to foot on the subject of solvency. If by sight you approached her, then it will deign to raise the fifth point and come up to you. If not then wait for fun. And jokes can be different for example. This was the last time I went in there and was accused of stealing, and I also look at it for a long time, I choose that it seemed like a very bad thing on my part, because you need to: go in and take it right away. A very cultured seller, NATURE BOUTIQUE told me literally: The bomzhiha came out of here, you only come here and go to steal something, I SAYED !!! (although I didn’t let in my life even thoughts in my head would allow something to be stolen). She took my hand and led me to the exit. My eyes are five rubles each, I don’t know what to say to her, the people in the mall immediately began to look at me and the seller. Then she closed the store and left. It was something with something. In short, I do not know who keeps such inadequacies there, but they “love” their customers for sure. Try not to buy something from them immediately become a thief.

From visiting the Natur Boutique store on Karl-Marx St., I had very UNPLEASANT impressions !!! I have long wanted to visit this store, I was in a good high mood - to please myself on the weekend, to buy gifts for myself and my relatives. Upon entering the store I was already alerted by the seller’s tone, before I could open the door to enter I immediately heard in my address: “HERE IS WASHED!” I asked what are you working on? To which they answered in the affirmative. Further even better: Firstly, the consultant did not allow picking up goods from open shelves, which are specially for general access in order to get acquainted with the composition of the products. Okay, I read the line-up from the hands of a consultant, but this is extremely inconvenient !!!!! Secondly, when the seller came into the department, she just washed the floors (I recall), and without wiping her hands and washing them, she took the products into her dirty wet hands !!!!! It's just disgusting !!!!!!!! The desire to buy something WAS DISAPPEARED and, in addition, a sense of disgust for everything that is sold there has now been added. Do not want to visit this store more !!! And even more so, to buy products that are in unsanitary conditions !!!! This is just a bunch of hypocrisy and filth !!!!
