The museum is conveniently located in the very center of the city. But, unfortunately, we didn't get there either. Everything is closed, only with a group and by appointment.

It looks attractive, but getting into it is almost impossible. There are no inscriptions and work schedules. What’s the point in it? Looks like a private collection of local rivds.

A remarkable museum of the exhibits collected by veterans, employees of the Internal Affairs Directorate, not indifferent inhabitants of area. The exhibits are constantly updated, expositions are expanding. There are a number of exclusive exhibits, which are not even in the central museums of the country. The museum still has the status of a departmental one, but has been nominated for state status. During its existence, the museum was visited by tens of thousands of Russians and foreign guests. As a drawback - the lack of staff. The work is carried out without interruption by an initiative group of veterans and, as a consequence, The visit is still carried out by groups by prior arrangement.
