This is a private museum, which local residents created. Dedicated mainly to the Great Patriotic War. Here exhibits are collected by local residents of the Ruzsky district. Some exhibits are donated to the museum from the same people who are interested in their history. There are exhibits that you will not see anywhere. The museum is organized without state support. In this museum you can touch everything that the children really like. Interesting historical facts, confirmed by photographs and authentic documents. Many exhibits were found on the battlefields near the town of Ruza mos.obl. It is a unique museum and unique people who created this museum. The museum is created so that we and our children know their history, and that we never allow a repeat of the war. This is very scary. I highly recommend visiting this museum with the whole family.

Amazing museum, created at the initiative of a local resident of the village of Varvarih Sergey Dokuchaev. Fascinated by the history of his region, he collected various antiquities that people found during the demolition of old houses. Then fate brought together those who himself conducted excavations at the battlefield sites, who found weapons, documents, and clothing. When the collected exhibits ceased to fit in the basement of the house of Sergei, he voiced his dream to his friends- to create a local military museum. Sergey gathered like-minded people around him, assistants, rebuilt the museum. And now for the second year schoolchildren take there for excursions, interested people come from everywhere. It’s really interesting here. Especially when you see the same trees among the old photos I’m walking at now. How are they preserved? ... On May 9, many people gathered in the museum, those who took part in the repair, restoration, selection of exhibits. A warm place for family meetings with children and friends.
