Hello everybody! Valentina is a very good responsive person at the travel agency !!! We flew with our daughter and sister (June 2019) in the Crimea, Rybachye, near the city of Alushta! The sea is very clean (small pebbles), a five-minute walk from the hotel, warm, beautiful fish and jellyfish (very very small)! We were satisfied with the hotel (Raduchaya St. 7 "B"), the rooms are large, clean, the bed is big - very comfortable, the plumbing is new, clean! Paid breakfast and dinner originally !!! But there is one huge "BUT" food in the hotel is disgusting (I initially stipulated that we needed porridge for the morning and soup for lunch) as a result, at the hotel we were at 09:00 (the beginning of breakfast) there was braised cabbage (more like mashed potatoes) with sausage! We tried the taste terrible not only the view !!! We are not so accustomed to breakfast !!! Moreover, the operator of the travel agency asked in advance what is given at the hotel for breakfast! When I asked the administrator whether there was any porridge or something else, the hotel administrator answered that: "the cook will not adapt to anyone and he has a very bad temper, I don’t want to mess with him! Eat what they gave !!!" I think that this is the problem of the hotel, we paid so please do as I want !!! Tried quietly to talk to the hotel management the answer was the same! We did not brawl found a very good hotel "Swallow" and fed in it! Every day during the week we were prepared what we want very very tasty and not at all expensive! Always friendly smile of Irina's cook! Rest in general were satisfied! P.S: Little advice do not pay in advance for meals see what they cook and how tasty it is!
