September 29 broke the key in the castle, could not get home with 2 children, the youngest 2.5 years. MOE asked to call the police, tk. with itself there were no documents. My attempts to get through were futile. Where's the attendant? 4 hours stood near the door until the commercial service arrived and opened the lock for me. "Thank you" to our gallant police for such a sensitive attitude to their citizens.
