I made the most wonderful impressions after talking with the employees of the Avtomir car dealership in the process of buying a new car. I would also like to very much note the work of the auto repairman Alexey Zaikin, I suffered for six months with an old car, no one could find the problem. He found a fault and my old car started to drive perfectly. There would be more such masters and managers. В салон заманивают как типичные мошенники, по телефону говорят что нужная комплектация и цвет есть в наличии, а когда туда приезжаешь, говорят что ту машину только что продали, но есть подороже и с допами. Такая же ситуация и со скидками, говорят приедте в салон, и при личном общении мы сделаем вам финальное предложение со скидкой, а когда приезжаешь, если ты не хочешь брать у них не выгодный автокредит или КАСКО, то ни каких скидок нет. Такая же ситуация с допами, по телефону говорят что отдадут пустую машины, а по факту когда хочешь забрать говорят что не отдадут, только допами тысяч на 70. Поэтому после телефонного звонка туда, не спешите лететь сломя голову в этот салон. Лично мне помогло только обращение с жалобой на горячую линию поддержки Рено, только после него дилер стал вести себя адекватно. Для официального дилера считаю такое поведение недопустимым.
