I liked the car wash on my first visit, despite the prices being above average. Then I decided to go by appointment. Signed up in advance, arrived at the time. They asked "a little" to wait. After 15 minutes of waiting, she specified how much more she had to wait. Answer: "Another 10 minutes minimum" ... K - customer focus ☝️
