They returned the money for the shortage, thanks, too. And with the easel: at first they promised to replace the damaged parts, agreed on the day, then stopped contacting both by phone and email. The replacement was never made. I do not recommend, the service is disgusting. UPD: I answer the owner. Order 28037. All information was provided in whatsapp, and also sent to [email protected]. We issued and paid for the order on their website, they promised to inform us of the delivery date by phone during the day. As a result, there has been no call or delivery for a week now, and when I call the indicated numbers, they simply do not answer me. Sent an email, but they also did not respond. I tried to call from another phone (not from the number that was indicated when making the delivery) and they answered him in an amazing way, they said that they would call back in 15 minutes to clarify everything ... but naturally they did not call back. And now when I call again from that number they do not answer him. In general, obviously, they left money for themselves, and are not going to communicate. Do not repeat my mistake, do not order from this site ...

The day before yesterday, 07/20/2020, they made an order (No. 29155) in the online store, payment was made online at checkout. 07/22/2020 was indicated as the desired delivery date. The date, in general, was not important, they indicated with the expectation that in any case they would call us and clarify the delivery details. What do you think? By 22.07.2020, the goods were not just brought - no one even deigned to call and agree on the delivery details. But really, why? The money has already been paid, what more do I want? Paid - free)) In general, I had to take the initiative into my own hands and go to the store's website to find out the fate of the order. It is noteworthy that one of the numbers indicated on the site does not work from the word at all, or rather there is "the subscriber's phone is turned off" (what is it like, a solid store, you can't say anything!). The second phone works, but it doesn't make it any easier. on the other end nobody answers anyway. In the end, I went to the chat, where a girl named Marina said that some items are out of stock (!), And I can either replace the missing items or issue a refund. And here the question arises: sorry, but if there are no positions, what did I pay for, huh? If items are out of stock, how did they end up on the menu and in my cart? Do you generally understand that this is deliberate misleading of the consumer and the collection of funds for non-existent goods / services, which is a violation of the RF Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"? I addressed such questions to the girl. After listening to them, the girl solemnly announced that the store did not refuse to return the money. Well, thanks for that too!)) Low bow to you, dear, for the fact that you "do not refuse" to comply with clause 2 of Article 23.1 of the RF Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights". I hope you will not refuse to compensate for the damage in accordance with the same paragraph of the same article? Because it will have to be reimbursed. In addition, of course, I will send a complaint to Rospotrebnadzodr about the seller's actions. And given how aggressively the site invites to buy (discount for that, discount for that! Etc.), I think the Federal Antimonopoly Service should also take a closer look at the store and check how conscientious it is in its business. Summary: it's a pity that you can't put a half-star, because this is the maximum rating that such a boorish attitude towards a client deserves. Bypass this site! I am very pleased with the baguettes that are made in this workshop. We ordered several times and will still be ordering for embroideries and drawings. Often simple frames are needed, we ourselves varnish, stain or paint in any suitable color. It turns out quite inexpensively. I often recommend it to my friends. It is very convenient that you can order a baguette of any size at an adequate price. Thanks to the workshop staff

My wife made an order # 15051870, because of the incorrect description on the product page, the measurements were made incorrectly, as a result, the frames did not fit. When I tried to resolve the conflict somehow, the manager Tatyana stopped communicating at all. Killed petty attitude, since the order amount is small. Although the site says "We return the money without any questions." Questions still arose, but there was no solution. The frames turned out to be of high quality, but the attitude towards customers is simply disgusting. (Immediately after this review, the correspondence continued, and it would not be clear what, if the production manager did not intervene. Already with which the conflict was successfully resolved, I would change it to 3 for an adequate manager)
