Aeroflot is the best airline I have ever used in my life! Everything began in Denver, Colorado. I needed to fly from Denver, to Kazakhstan. There was one problem, I had 10 parakeets, 1 cat, 3 suitcases, 1 carry-on, 1 extra cage for the cat, 1 carry-on bag with the cat, 1 personal bag with me! No other airline wanted to fly with me! Not United, not American, not Turkish, you name it! They all said only 1 animal per person and either that they don’t allow birds or only maximum of 2 birds but there is no way we will allow 10 birds! The ONLY airline that allowed me to fly with all of my birds by saving my bird’s lives was Aeroflot! Not only that, but when I arrived at the JFK from Denver, and the connecting flight was about to take off, the Aeroflot personnel walked me to the gate without having me to go through that long waiting line of JFK security check! And they held my cage with my birds for me and contacted the plane letting them know that we are coming so that they would wait. My bird’s cage didn’thave any water, I asked the Aeroflot representative where I could get some water for the birds before we hand them over to the luggage department as they needed to fly in the baggage department with other animals. We couldn’t find any water when one of the Aeroflot representatives handed me her personal sports water bottle so that I could give the water to my birds! I thought it amazing how much they care about animals! When I arrived at the Moscow airport, my connecting flight took off without us, the problem was that the next available flight was only that night and it was still morning. And I had no Russian visa and the airport hotel said they cannot allow animals. I was stuck at the transit zone. I was tired from long flight and had no idea what to do, as I couldn’t just switch airlines and buy a different airline’s ticket, as my cat was with me. I came to the Aeroflot desk, I told them that I missed my flight and my cat is tired and didn’t sleep or eat and that he needs to go to the bathroom. Then the Aeroflot representative called his manager told him about the cat and just for the cat they went through all that trouble and first got me a Russian visa and then a hotel room. If Aeroflot loves animals! I love Aeroflot!! So this is when they got my passport and got me an expedited one day visa so that I could get out of the transit zone and go to the hotel in Moscow that allows animals. The visa was ready almost immediately! They accommodated me with a hotel room at Novotel in Moscow, also got me meal vouchers at a restaurant. The hotel bus came to pick us up and we were able to rest and continue our trip to our destination. By the way Novotel was amazing as well!! When we arrived at our destination I was all worried about my birds and my luggage thinking if my birds were lost while I missed my flight in Moscow! But, no! My birds and all of my suitcases and even my extra cage and everything arrived on time and were waiting for me! Nothing was lost! My birds were alive and all good! Everything about this trip was so very well organized and put together by the Aeroflot! I mean I still cannot believe I flew with 10 birds, my cat, so many suitcases and bags and cages! But, I was only able to make it thanks to the Aeroflot! The Aeroflot staff was amazing! THE best service ever! Amazing!! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 This almost 25 hours trip with my birds and my cat - I will never forget!

Got on a flight from BKK which was delayed in the first place. Get here....only 2 officers at the passport control trying to process over 500 people. Arrived here at 1700hrs. Our boarding time was 1820hrs and flight was to leave at 1900hrs. Impossible to make it with all the people trying to get processed. Got racially profiled here too. After fighting to skip the line we got to our gate at 1840hrs 20mins before our flight leaves. Shock!!! Gate closed....go buy new ticket....we get at the information desk. We find other many people who are mad for missing their flights due to long lines at the immigration center. Staff here are rude and their only answer is to give you back your passport and ask you to go to the ticket office for a new ticket. Anways long story short we made it the next day only to get only 1 of our 3 checked bags. Asked to fill a claim form and wait. I would not recommend this airline. Rude rude rude and they could care less about you

Nothing has changed in 4 years! If only they made a fresh repairman. This smell is worthless. Security guards stink
