In the department from the end of the building there are also 1.5 people per hour. And the main load falls on the central office, where there are only 2 windows. Sending mail, parcels, money transfers - of course, you won’t do it quickly, in a hurry, you need to fill so much there, your head goes around, you need to check everything, otherwise it will go wrong. And as a result, we are waiting in line (( They would need to tear down the walls, make repairs, combine all these departments into one department, with one electronic queue, so that there are not 2 windows, but 5-6. How is this, for example, done on Lermontov Avenue. And then things will go faster. I live in our area for more than 20 years, I constantly turn to this post office. If it is closed, and such conversations go, we all have to go to Lermontov Avenue, which is extremely inconvenient. Where should I go so that our department is simply brought to mind?
