I didn't like it very much. They rested in this Russian bath a total of 4 times. The last time the rest was ruined from the start. We rented a bathhouse with friends for a day. When booking, we were asked to transfer the prepayment to the card, without specifying that it was an insurance deposit so that we would not "destroy" the bathhouse, as the administrator said. As a result, when we arrived, they demanded the full amount of payment and another 1,000 rubles, allegedly for cleaning without any payment documents. We got into a very unpleasant situation, because we were not ready to pay the full amount, we thought that we would have to pay the missing part. Administrator Roxana, instead of apologizing on behalf of the administration, tried to prove that it was not her own fault. As a visitor, I don't care much about who is to blame for this situation. The bathhouse itself was poorly cleaned, the towels were torn and stained, it was much better before. It is a pity that such an attitude towards customers. When leaving, they did not want to immediately transfer the insurance deposit back, although Roxana knew that we would leave at night and promised to immediately transfer it to the card. We will not come to this bath again and will not recommend it to anyone!
