We went with a guy to buy champagne for the holiday. We approached the champagne, did not see what was needed, went around the store to look at additional places. We found the right champagne, they stood deciding how much to buy, etc. All this time, the seller watched us: a large girl with a short haircut. Paying attention to her, I felt an unpleasant sensation: she looked at me steadily without stopping, telling her colleague in such a way that the whole store and we, among other things, heard: "They walk here together like a little wool with a little wand." All this time, discussing us (at the whole store), she looked at me point blank without any signs of education. As if we came to steal something. It was so unpleasant! I then could not recover from such a bazaar behavior for a long time. This is not how professionals behave. The guy (the colleague of the girl) smart girl, helped in everything! Thanks to him!

A specialized liquor store should and MUST work with advising its customers. Very much outraged by the lack of competence of employees. When choosing a drink, firstly, no employee expressed a desire to come up and help me in choosing, and secondly, after I asked to come up and help, the employee reluctantly came up and answered my question rudely "I know how." I have two questions for management: do you even give a damn about your company? And the second one: will there be service in this store or do you specialize only in the lowest level, in principle, your entire company? It's not nice to come to a place where you are not welcome. Take action.
