The club is expensive, positions itself as a premium class, which is not true. I will list a couple of facts for which it is obvious that this institution is not focused on long-term relationships with customers: during the pandemic, many businesses suffered, but Olympic decided to shift the financial costs onto its customers. During the quarantine period, the work phone did not work, the club went underground, without even notifying clients about the opening following the results of the quarantine release. I myself tracked when it opens. In July, Olympic resumed work, according to my agreement, I could use the card for another month, but in July I was on vacation - not in Dmitrov. The administration of the club, without explanation or apology, said that either I go in July, or I do not go at all. That is, I donated my paid month to the club! If Olympic sets conditions unilaterally, I also want to set a condition for this club: to comply with the norms of protecting the health of citizens and not infecting people with fungus in their pool and in the Finnish Saina, where they force clients to take off their shoes and enter there barefoot together with other clients, and also use a smaller amount of bleach in the hammam sauna, where bleach can sometimes be poisoned, several times I had an allergy on the skin against the background of bleach immediately after leaving this Olympic sauna. Therefore, before you buy a card at Olympic, think about whether you want to be dictated by the conditions for your money and be at risk in the pool and saunas. I also want to mention the swimming coach, I paid for 3 months of swimming lessons, but the coach could not teach me. Purpose: to teach? or promote more paid classes = more money. The same information was confirmed to me by another client of the club, who also paid for classes with the same coach and the result was zero.
