The staff is polite, but unfortunately frankly deceiving. Tulips from the chain grocery store stood 2 (!) Times longer than the vaunted "real Dutch" who, I was assured, would last almost a month. Chrysanthemums are so generally a complete disappointment. They were enough for 2 incomplete days. I will not return anymore and do not recommend anyone.
