Delivered on time, but far from meeting expectations. As they say, we replenish the heading "expectations vs reality", see photos. We live in another city, so the flowers for the coral anniversary of the wedding of the parents were chosen exclusively by instagram .... This flower shop has just a lot of worthy works published on their page. I chose one (see photo with a gray box) and referring to it I made an order in the Instagram correspondence, then payment, the efforts of the florist and delivery .... Delivered on time, although not sending a photo before delivery, as I requested. Okay, we’ll assume that we did it. But Flowers unfortunately replaced everything, because I wrote when ordering that I want a similar box, and not exactly the same. The color gamut also leaned toward orange. In general, they delivered, but not at all, they expected to receive ... Maybe this is due to the fact that the person who took the order from me did it from vacation, maybe because they posted a post in parallel, that they were looking for a florist, but there was one result: instead of joy, the flowers brought disappointment. .. Conclusion: if you buy from them, then what you see with your own eyes.

Very disappointed with the service (Simferopol highway, 1, shopping center "Carousel"). It seemed that the florists are attentive and friendly only to regular customers. I’m unlikely to buy flowers there yet.
