The last time I went to get an MFP, there were not very competent and not responsive consultants. Answer: I can’t say for sure about the materiel, I haven’t checked it. But after they asked what to tell me, I asked to tell the distance from the planet Mars to the moon in inches. And unfortunately they did not prompt me. But seriously, I was interested in an MFP with a certain functionality, and I knew several devices with similar functionality, but I was not exactly sure of that. But the consultants, who did not even try to find a suitable option, replied that there were none, although they could say that you didn’t. But in the end it turns out that if I did not know that there is an MFP with such functionality, after the words of the consultants, I would think that there are none, and I would have to buy 2 devices, not 1. And the point is not that it could be more expensive, but the fact that using one device would be more convenient and this is after all one device that would take up relatively less space. And I’m not saying that you have something bad, that you have not high-quality goods. I was dissatisfied with the fact that the consultants did not even try to help me, and sold what I needed, and almost misled me. At the same time, in another store where I eventually bought what I needed, I was offered a lot of different MFPs that fully met the requirements. The consultant just spent a couple of minutes to find all the possible options on the Internet, and said which ones they have available.
