Agrocomplex with several cognitive and entertaining components: a cheese dairy with interesting products that have a reputation in the Russian market (there are excursions and tastings); store with dairy and meat products of its own production; stable (there is training in horse riding and there are competitions); restaurants and banquet halls; hotel; events (fairs, concerts). Finally, the project leader and visionary himself, John Kopiski, is interesting: an eccentric Briton with a passion for milk, cheese and at least communist aesthetics (and even ideas). Pros: good cheese, delicious food, fairly open environment. The development of the project is obvious. Cons: difficult to get from Moscow, and there are growing pains. The service is not the most organized, there is a message to work comfortably and client-oriented, but there is not enough coordination and personnel management. Therefore, it can be long, chaotic and a little slack in service. Not everyone will like Mr. Kopiski's fascination with the figure of Stalin (me, in particular), there are too many of his images here.

Nice place to walk. Well-groomed animals, beautiful views of nature and there is a restaurant where you can eat. The waitresses are inattentive there, the menu consists only of names, the composition of the dishes remains a mystery, but the food turned out to be very tasty. And the indifferent attitude of the waitresses brightened the attention of the charming chef.
