Internet shop is fully a fraud. I ordered a bag as a present. First they told the date would be May 7th, then - 12th. Today they told me they don't know when they will deliver the bag and cannot help me, although they charged the full cash amount from my card! This is a complete fraud!

The most rude LV staff I ever encountered! I asked for certain bag model. And they said “we dont have it in Russia!” And not even checking it in their inventory. And then I saw few bags that i wanted sitting on their table or hanged!!! What a liar! I am not there to beg for a bag! Hello! I want to buy and not begging it for free. The management should do something about their atitude. Really put me off and decided to buy other brands instead!

Head of HR should be sacked immediately along with everyone else he allowed to work in this place. None of them is fit for purpose. OK, customer service is poor in many places in Russia but this one tops them all.
