The person does not like this job and spoils the reputation of the auto center. He is not friendly, not helpful, not attentive to customers, there is no desire to help in something, not polite, which does not at all fit with the general image of the Autoworld. He seems to be doing a favor when he answers our questions or simply ignores customers, chuckling. It's good that we no longer need to contact the additional equipment department. I also wanted to write about cashier # 2, which accepts payment of bills in cash, or rather about a cashier who looks more like a turtle than an experienced professional bank employee. Not only did we wait 25 minutes in line for her (she was serving one woman all this time and there was already a queue outside the checkout door), but then she refused to accept cash and pay the bill, without any explanation and sent it to the terminal! That is, we waited all this time in vain. Therefore, if anyone needs to pay the bill at the cash desk in cash, it is better, without wasting time, to go straight to the terminal !!!

Обратился в данный салон после неоднократных попыток договориться о покупке в АВТОМИР в Крылатском. К сожалению, там сотрудники не желают и не умеют решать нестандартные проблемы. Здесь же все вопросы были оперативно согласованы. Огромное спасибо менеджеру Никите Журак и уважение отделу трейд-ин за проделанную работу. In detail: a week ago I called all the official Nissan dealers in Moscow, found out the price for a specific X-Trail configuration with specific special stages, looked for where it was cheaper. I found several offers on the phone (they even sent a commercial proposal) with a discount of 8-10%, subject to a "loan for the sake of a discount", and at the end of the day I called Avtomir on Shchelkovskaya, where literally in the 3rd minute of the conversation, manager Vyacheslav Kh. ( I don’t write the full name, but he’s now alone Vyacheslav) offered a 15% discount, without additional. conditions, just for a car with special stages. I asked several times, and he confirmed that this is the price without a trade-in, credit, insurance and other things - come and buy a car with your specialties at this price. KP, of course, refused to send it to the post office, just as he refused to give his work phone number, and even refused to give his last name (although the autoinformer sent it later), said come tomorrow to the salon - everything will be exactly as stated. The next day, I got up early and went with a friend to this salon, where the reception desk told me, as expected, that Vyacheslav was not there today, and that his colleague would be called. A colleague came, listened to what price they had negotiated with Vyacheslav, went to agree with the management, after which he returned and said that they could not sell at that price, but could only in the price list (i.e. without any discounts at all). No one could answer my questions why they lure people into the salon by offering non-existent discounts. I even think that Vyacheslav H. may be a special person for these purposes (since bad reviews do not scare him), or even a fictional character who is never in the office. In general, I wasted my time on the road, and in the end I found the car at another well-known office. dealer (not Autoworld) with a final discount of 20%, and this dealer sent KP to the post office without any problems, and then issued everything as promised, clearly and without deception, unlike Autoworld, so make your own conclusions.

I recently bought a Nissan Qashqai here. The car is really top! Taking into account my requirements for it, I think I will ride it for a long time! The salon is decent. The guys willingly advise, give advice, have learned a lot. Customer focus is off the charts. And they recorded it for a test drive, and all the necessary documents were quickly issued. He left happy.
