I had an agreement with the manager Nazar to sell a car on the terms of car loans under the state program with an approved interest rate of 2% from VTB and valid until 15.10. Manager Nazar was absent today, so I talked with Nikita. Nikita took me to the credit department of VTB Bank, where they offered me a 9.5% rate instead of 2% approved by the bank and said that such a program did not exist and the salon did not know how the bank approved the rate. I called VTB City Line and was told that the application for this program was approved with a rate of 2%! After the salon employees heard that the bank approved this rate, they told me that it was not profitable for the salon to sell me a car at this rate, because. the salon will not profit from this sale. I said that I would like to speak with the director. In a conversation with the director, I was refused due to his absence on the spot today and tomorrow. Eventually: 1. The cost of the car increased by 75,000 with all the additional equipment, which I did not pay attention to and was ready to buy !!! 2.Loan rate grows 4.5 times !!!! 3. The salon ignores the federal law on buying a car with state support at 2%, which is approved by VTB Bank. 4. The deposit for the car is in the salon.
