a month ago I moved next to this gym and wanted to buy a membership. I noticed that their site was not working, but I decided to call anyway. no one answered and I called several times throughout the week. finally, someone called me back, I started talking and he hung up. Seriously. two weeks ago I called another gym and they immediately answered and invited me to a trial day. i went there and later bought a membership from them. goodbye Joy Fitness, I hope you understand how to run a business.
