I do not advise for beginners who want to deal with a trainer !!!!! I bought a monthly subscription, I pay 800 r for each lesson with a trainer as expected. As a result, I went with the coach for 2 days, now I’m trying to negotiate with him when he can train me, but it turns out he constantly tells me that on this day and at that time he can’t do it every day. (He asked different things, didn’t some definite one!) In my opinion, the coach is needed just to kick and drive into the gym. And here it turns out the opposite! All my desire was gone to go to the gym. Money wasted!
