At the same time, I will note right away - I cannot say anything about the place itself, whether it is good or bad - I could not find out. Point by point, the whole story: 1. All accommodation - house and chalet - was booked more than a month in advance. I was immediately surprised that such accommodation is booked without prepayment. What is the catch - it turned out later. 2. The owner offers this accommodation on all possible hotel resources, while not tracking the intersection in any way (housing can be free on one resource and occupied on another on the same dates). 3. Calling me 17 days before the event, the owner said that the Americans had booked a house on another hotel resource and that it was impossible to stay in it. The reason for the priority of the Americans is that they made an advance payment on another resource, although they booked much later. The owner did not decide the situation with the return of money and the solution of the situation in my direction. 4. In proposals to resolve the situation, the owner suggested that I reschedule the day of visiting the house, wondering why it was so important for me to visit him on a specific date (the reason is the anniversary), and also offered to make a discount on the next visit, despite the fact that I had to cancel it. 5. As a result, more than 10 people with children from different regions collapsed plans. The same can happen to you. Keep in mind that in this way any of your events can be disrupted - a wedding, an anniversary, a corporate party, a gathering of old comrades due to the commercialism of the owner of the house (in priority those who gave money, but he did not offer me a deposit). All plans can collapse, despite the reservation and obligations of the owner. Realize that by inviting guests with children or from different regions, you may be left with nothing, is it worth it? If you have such a situation - do not agree to cancel the reservation yourself - immediately call the resource on which you booked the house to resolve the situation. P.S. Additionally, I would like to inform you that the owner contacted and offered, using obscene vocabulary and jargon of the 90s, to meet and "erase history") This hotel is very, very bad - teribble service and booking (the owner may prefer other people even though you have booked this place before). Every week with friends we go to public baths in Moscow. We decided to try a new format and rent a Russian sauna on the woods outside the city with an overnight stay. tired of the figures with their creepy-smelling oil, mint steam rooms, etc. It takes exactly an hour to go from Paveletsky railway station, even at rush hour the express train is quite comfortable. We bought at the station)) a little on foot and on site The chalet with a bathhouse looks great - a massive log house, inside everything is made of natural wood - furniture, walls - everything looks quite harmonious. The bathhouse had already been flooded before our arrival. There is an outdoor pool and a heated jacuzzi outside, but we did not order - we just got used to pouring cold water from a bucket. We always take folding buckets with us. We steamed, drank a little, made tea. Utensils and a kitchenette are available. We will try to look for other baths, but this one as an excellent option, we wrote it down for ourselves)) In the morning, again, we left for work by express. Of the small minuses: I would like at least some additional folding beds or mattresses on the floor. It is not proper for peasants to sleep on double beds in twos. Although the linen is clean, the beds are comfortable - probably more suitable for family or youth holidays than purely male ones. Well, a little further from Moscow than we would like, but the price-quality is high. There is also a three-storey huge brick house nearby. We looked - there are, of course, karaoke and disco.
