Awful !! 1.5 hours waiting in line to call a ticket on the scoreboard. And then lunch began !!! There is no information about the dinner on the website of the Pension Fund !!! The girl at the reception in 13okone just got up and left, and people in the queue only after 15min understood, one hundred scoreboard does not change and something is wrong. It turned out that they had lunch!

Bad, half a day I sat waiting for my coupon to be called. Forward all of me went, although their coupons were taken later than mine. It's terrible. Even a certificate for benefits is difficult to obtain .... The only plus for the PF - is always clean, although here in the winter the ice does not allow you to climb the stairs.
