We visited the spa with a gift certificate. A friend presented a procedure “for her beloved” for her birthday, paying 4500. The woman-“cosmetologist” - “masseur” met without a protective mask, constantly coughed, did not introduce herself, did not explain the essence of the wrapping procedure, just smeared me, covered and left for an hour! Maybe I'm not ultra-modern, but this is my first time at this procedure, and I had no idea about my future sensations in honey and a cellophane cocoon for a whole hour. I started calling this woman, but she did not hear me ... I had to suffer for an hour, the massage consisted of stroking without much effort on a terribly uncomfortable couch, where everything bites into your face when you are lying on your stomach. Saved by the sauna and the bathroom with hydromassage, water procedures always smooth out all the jambs ... the woman, however, poured good boiling water into this bathroom and asked if we knew where the way out. Bottom line: I won't recommend this place, it's a shame that my friend left a large sum there for a certificate, there is no service at all. Request: woman, wear a mask, or do not come to clients if you openly cough in their faces.
