A bit WORN OUT HOTEL in the Middle of nowhere not far from Moscow

Приятный семейный отель, с анимацией для детей и взрослых, контактным зоопарком. Летом есть возможность взять напрокат велосипеды, зимой - санки, коньки, ледянки и ватрушки. Очень нравится еда - большое разнообразие и все очень вкусно. Есть бассейн, сауна, отличная массажист Надежда. Были здесь не один раз - летом, осенью и зимой. Больше всего понравился 6-й корпус, но он и самый дорогой. Зато в нем в стоимость номера входят махровые халаты, тапочки и туалетные принадлежности. В других корпусах стоимость номера меньше, но и сами номера попроще.

Sitting over a cup of delicious coffee, I decided to make a short review of our stay at @lesnoyparkhotel 😐 We chose a room of the highest category "Personalized Suite with Jacuzzi", it is stated that there is only 1 such room for the entire hotel. Cost per day - 12 400 for two (check-in at 17:00, check-out at 15:00 the next day). My husband and I had a holiday, so, of course, there was nothing to spoil it, we changed the situation and rested, BUT! Imagine our surprise when: 1) Shabby furniture in the room😬; 2) Not a new and cheap enough repair (the quality of grouting, wallpaper, catches the eye even to a person who does not understand!) 😤; 3) The sockets in the bedroom are located, where do you think? In the closet - at the very bottom! (There was no more convenient place!) 🤦; 4) In the most "chic" room there is no minibar, there is an empty refrigerator, although there used to be a minibar in rooms below категории; 5) Earlier, when my husband and I rested there, the "Buffet" system included alcoholic beverages in addition to food, now no; 6) The same story with the rental of sports equipment, billiards, swimming pool - everything is paid (I know that some services are paid due to the fact that we were on a weekday, and not on a weekend, but friends, are you serious? giving 12 400 per day should I still think that this cost does not include many services?) Strange attitude towards guests in my opinion🤔; 7) Nutrition 🍽️ is one level lower than before. Firstly, the food tasted worse; secondly, there is a problem with the temperature of the dishes, many dishes are cold; 8) And, perhaps, the last - the territory🏞️. In my opinion, nothing has changed since our first visit (about 4 years ago). The stairs are covered with rust, the curbs are not painted, there is asphalt in holes on the paths, which are simply covered with stones, instead of putting a new one. From the pros: convenient time of arrival and departure, you get almost a full day of stay; cute animals on the territory (rabbits, peacocks, goats, chickens); nice pool and sauna. ✅ Bottom line - choose another place to stay if you want quality and comfort to really surround you! ❎❌❗
