Beketovo Park

For a very long time and carefully they were looking for a place for a country house, looked at several dozen settlements of comfort and business class in the Moscow region and definitely the whole family chose a site near the forest in Beketovo Park. An amazingly beautiful forest with gorgeous century-old pines, complete silence, an excellent asphalt road almost to the village and an inspiring development company that fulfills its promises, meeting its clients halfway on many issues - all this together turned out to be a rare, almost unique combination for Moscow Oblast. The first time we came to see Beketovo Park at the end of May 2020 at the very beginning of sales, we saw a very beautiful place and the complete absence of everything, including roads. In literally 2 months, intra-village roads were built, a fence around the village, a foundation pit was dug for a pond. Nearby there are ready-made very nice settlements of the same company, which allow you to see how Beketovo Park will look like in a couple of years. The sale of plots over the past 2 months has been very fast. In our forest zone, which is already fenced off separately as a village within a village, there are few plots left. Prices are still adequate (2 times lower than analogs in New Riga), but they are growing every month. I was also very impressed by the fact that the managers and employees of the company treat the development of their villages as their business and do even a little more and faster than they say.
