A great place to relax with the whole family. But adequate prices are only during the stock period.

They rented the apartments on the ground floor, clean and good, a large area with high ceilings, a playground in the courtyard and a torn trampoline 😁. Audibility was strong - at 6 in the morning people started to walk upstairs, could not get enough sleep. I think they could have been warned when booking. Stayed on the way to Tula. There is no beautiful nature around, there is nowhere to go, except for paid fishing (where you can enter for 2000r), there’s a pyaterochka next to it, generally a clean night's sleep. But for such a price without complaints, everything is super.

A decent place, not the usual layout, a bathhouse on top.
