She watched me on the days when I was engaged in the gym myself, and in our classes she gave me more complex exercises. A solid approach. To restore and hone your posture, I recommend pilates classes with Marina Gubareva. The club also has a pool and a variety of group programs.

I have been walking for the second year. I like the coaches, there are direct favorites. And in general - everything you need is there, the staff is trying. Adequate price / quality ratio. Wish - more aerobic group programs.

Everything is good in the club except the dressing rooms. It is impossible to sit down or stand up - there is always hair everywhere, you come home, all the sneakers and all the shoes are in your hair !!! The changing rooms are always small and there is not enough space. All the time someone blows a hairdryer in the face. The paper stuck to the door comes off.
