I have been going to this center since the beginning of January. To say that I am delighted is to say nothing. Great attitude towards customers. The result, after one and a half months of visiting, is obvious, or rather "nafiguru". I go to lunch. I am very glad that there are no men, I am alone in the gym with a personal trainer. No embarrassment, distractions to prying eyes. We have time and nice to talk and do a great job. Keep it up!

I signed up for a trial training at a women's club (for me the first criterion in choosing this is precisely the lack of men!) Women's fitness in Moscow is not very developed, but this club impressed me, so I bought a subscription right away. A beautiful girl - coach Olga, a very cozy family atmosphere in the club - there are even deodorants in the showers! Very comfortable, the training went perfectly, a lot of positive impressions - I recommend!
