I liked the large gym with professional equipment in the Leto fitness center. It's always comfortable here. There are separate rooms for group programs. By the way, there are classes for children, even small ones, now I’ll look around myself, because I’ve been walking for only the second month and I’m thinking of starting to take my son to the pool, coaches are experienced, so it’s not scary, it’s useful for a child to swim.

I want to boast. Recently I began to go to the Summer fitness club in the business center Spirtzavod, I study with the trainer Anna Yusupova, girls, I recommend to those who have problems with excess weight. She selected personal workouts for me to reduce body weight, made a nutrition program, and I go to fitness with her. I walk a little so far, but I have already noticed changes. In general, a decent club, I also want to sign up for water aerobics classes in the pool.

I was given a Summer club card for a month, I was actively engaged, I really liked the aerobics and the bath complex, I also went to cardio equipment a couple of times a week, took individual strength training with a trainer. The subscription has ended, I buy a new one from the next week, because I liked this fitness club and I want to continue training. Everything is super, thanks for the comfort, your bath complex is the best!

I have a chronic disease of the spine, so I was looking for sports so as not to burden it. I found a suitable option in the Summer fitness club in Shchelkovo. I signed up for training with TRX loops, I go to classes with my daughter for 14 years. We like training and the coach is great.
