A very pleasant place. Despite the constant hustle and bustle, I want to stop by and have a coffee, taste a piece of dessert. By the way, both coffee and desserts are delicious. I recommend to visit!

In general, everything here is really good: a cozy atmosphere, delicious coffee. However, for the umpteenth time I’m faced with the problem of “reluctant to make gift coffee using a regular customer’s card,” listening to comments from Mary like “how many of these cards do you have,” or “if you always buy only espresso to save up for gift coffee.” Should this even bother the barista? If there is such a loyalty program, this should not be an inconvenience for the client, and the mood for the day was spoiled.

It’s a pity when people consider your work “reluctant”, because there wasn’t even a hint of it. They are angry at the fact that you only asked about loyalty cards in order to maintain a conversation and in no case did not want to offend anyone. It is deplorable that not everyone understands the innocuous jokes about coffee and consider it an insulting tone, although this was not even a hint. It’s very sad when your work “to take an interest and cheer up a little joke” is considered rude to you, but that’s my job - to offer something better. However, as always happens, it is impossible to please everyone ... I apologize for the inconvenience.
