Sixt

a complete rip off. I gave the car undamaged. but they did not return my security deposit and charged me 18000 rubles saying that i did not return the documents and registration, which i already did... they can ask people at yodo rent a car. They saw i returned the registration and documents. I want my 18000 rubles back !!!! this is a complete rip off.

Ruslan at the service desk was friendly and helpful. A car was new, with just 5k. The only thing on the negative side was insurance full coverage policy that requires a letter from police for any claim, which means that small cratches (which in Russia are practically unavoidable) etc are not covered at all and you will be charged separately.

Sixt scammed me. I paid a the full insurance coverage to avoid any kind of extracharges, I returned the vehicle to the parking without any kind of damage. Once returned the managers from sixt told me that the car was scratched and they charged me the full repair of the damage, because I didn't have a police record of the damage (how can I have a police report of something that didn't happen in my presence?). I rent cars at least 1 week a month and due to this situation I will never ever rent a car with Sixt any more, and I'll try to make sure that no one I know and no one in my company uses Sixt any more. Now you've got your fraudulent extra cash, but you've lost a client and potential new ones. Well done!

Worst experience ever. Just avoid them.
