I turned to the account of address-matching information, asked, if they do not have additional information about me, indicate this in a letter! 4 times I filed an application and called and explained, three times they sent me a confirmation that I lived there, and not a word that they no longer have any information about me. And 4 did not reach me at all. And now they’re fooling you, they’re not sending anything !!!

Disgusting. No one picks up the phone. I can’t get through for 1.5 hours. And this is the POLICE DEPARTMENT.

Do not pick up the phone at all. I gave the application there, no one calls back for 2 weeks and they do not pick up the pipes themselves.
