My husband came to change wheels, stood in line, his number was written down. There were a lot of cars, he decided to drive to the store for 15 minutes. On arrival he was told that you were deleted from the queue, get up again ... although those cars in front of whom he was still were on the site .... I stood in the queue for a tire fitting for 1.5 hours, was recorded in it by the administrator, there were three more cars ahead of me, I decided to drive to a store nearby, returned 15 minutes later, the administrator said, you should stand all over again, you were driving away, to my question that I stood and waited for 1.5 hours and was enrolled in the queue, they told me that it meant nothing, I had to stand and wait like a ram. A clear stump, left and moved elsewhere, the service is "mega client-oriented", it hangs on the site that they work around the clock, although this is a complete lie, I do not recommend it, there are much more worthy places in the city
