Worst department I've ever dealt with. Do not accept properly packaged parcels. They nod at the boss, her order. When calling the hotline, they refuse to pick up the phone, look and grin. They demand to buy their containers. At the same time, in other departments, they are accepted without problems. Living in Podrezkovo, I have to go to the post office in Khimki. It is a pity that I have such compatriots.

Permanent queues, one branch in a huge microdistrict, you can stand in line for up to an hour. Gentlemen from the leadership of the Russian Post, I appeal to you, please do not close your eyes to this problem, it is and is getting worse with the increase in the number of new houses in the area, one branch is clearly not enough for a long time, increase the number of employees (now there are two of them) or one more branch. Too little space, the post office serves two districts of Podrezkovo and Molzhaninovo. In this regard, there is always a queue. The interior space is in need of repair, as far as I know, now it is being done. Some of the workers are polite, but the other has not clearly changed since the opening, because they are clearly not familiar with the elementary concept of “politeness”.
