Disgusting work of the post office - I went to receive a parcel with my daughter's passport. The parcel was not issued, they say they need a power of attorney from their daughter. But I previously received parcels for my daughter, I came with my daughter's passport - and no one demanded a power of attorney. It turns out that normal, adequate people used to work in this section of building No. 426, but now they are working here - incompetent rude people headed by the new head. Very sorry....

Horrible service. I came to receive the parcel, in front of my nose I closed the door. You see, they are already closed, before the end of 5 minutes, and the parcel can be received in just 2 seconds. In 2 seconds something will happen? At the same time, I was alone, there was no one else.
