Good post office, but not without questions to the staff. For example, I consulted one shift regarding receiving mail for another person by proxy - I was told that it was in free form, but the main thing was that there was a seal. I come two days later with such a piece of paper issued to me for a year, with stamps and visas of the company, and after the parcels have been handed over to me, they take it away with the words that it is one-time. What no one told me, although I asked to clarify all the subtleties. Or another case, when I was sending a parcel around the region from my address to another (this is important). There was no talk of couriers. But - yes, that's right - for some reason the employee decided that he was needed. As a result, when the courier arrived at the address without calling in advance, the addressee was not there. The parcel was eventually picked up at the post office (as planned), but a week later due to all these couriers.

The staff is very friendly. I have been receiving mail there for our company for more than 15 years. In the past few years there has been a positive trend. There are practically no queues. I do not spend more than 5 minutes to receive letters and parcels. Russian Post itself is also progressing. But selling buckwheat in the mail is a bad idea.

The staff is completely loyal to the client, I often receive packages. I have never heard rudeness in relation to a client. I wanted to wish the staff to give more smiles, but this is a problem for our entire population, more often people are closed and unfriendly. No one will melt this ice for us.

Recently, there was a modern repair at the post office, but even before the repair, I went to them by car from another area. The staff is friendly and competent. Often I send registered letters and there has not yet been a case that something went wrong.
